Emergolde is the stitched imaginings of Elizabeth Swing.
It consists of hand-sewn stuffed animals, dolls, nymphs, dryads, and other magical creatures, as well as some souvenirs of the imaginary world they inhabit. Everything is made with care and a focus on quality, sustainable materials, and social responsibility. The idea for Emergolde emerged out of a solo-camping trip in the woods where the artist, Elizabeth Swing, found herself once again caught up with the stories in her head of magical worlds as she watched the light playing through the branches of the trees. Emergolde works to create a little world of stories and products that encourage kids of all ages to get outside, explore their creativity, and test the limits of their imaginations.
